Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Casafento (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping experience for your outdoor furniture and accessories. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Delivery Scope
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time. Please ensure your delivery address is within our service area before placing an order.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders of AUD 50.00 or more: Free Shipping.
  • Orders under AUD 50.00: A flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 applies.

Taxes and Duties
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees or duties upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) based on Australian Eastern Standard Time/Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing that same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

5. Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require a handling time of 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your items from our warehouse.

6. Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and weather conditions.

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The carrier chosen depends on the size and weight of your order (e.g., large outdoor dining sets may be shipped via specialized freight carriers).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information.
You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to query the current status of your delivery.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If you notice significant damage to the box, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. For large items like egg chairs or dining sets, we recommend having someone available to assist with receiving the delivery.

Split Shipments
Due to the size and weight of certain products (such as outdoor dining table sets), your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages might arrive on different days. You will be provided with tracking numbers for all packages associated with your order.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, the carrier may leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly. Failure to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in the item being returned to us.
